Abstract

This semblance summarizes the career of Julia Añorga Morales PhD, an eminent professor who dedicated her life to Pedagogical Sciences, Advanced Education Theory, and other Education Sciences. Her professional work was mainly focused on the pedagogical science investigation. She was a professor of Advanced Education and other education sciences who contributed to the training of innumerable Doctors of Philosophy. Her life, work and meritorious career created an example of sacrifice, commitment and dedication to science and humanity as a symbol of the Cuban woman. For these reasons, the objective of this article is to highlight the legacy of her scientific and educational work which was supported by testimonies, interviews with students and work colleagues to summarize the prolific working life of Julia Añorga Morales, PhD.
