Adherencia a conductas preventivas post pandemia: la influencia del género y la percepción del riesgo

Introducción: La pandemia de COVID-19 ha tenido un impacto global sin precedentes, y transformado radicalmente las formas de vida, las dinámicas sociales y las estrategias de salud pública.
Objetivo: Analizar la adherencia a las conductas preventivas en la etapa postpandemia, centrándose específicamente en la influencia del género y la percepción del riesgo.
Material y Método: Estudio cuantitativo, transversal, descriptivo, aplicando un cuestionario en línea diseñado específicamente para la investigación.
Resultados: Se constató que las mujeres presentan una mayor adherencia a las medidas preventivas en comparación con los hombres, lo que subraya la necesidad de implementar enfoques de salud pública diferenciados según el género para maximizar la efectividad de las campañas preventivas. La principal motivación para seguir estas medidas fue tanto evitar el contagio propio como proteger a los demás, lo que refleja una conciencia solidaria en gran parte de la población.
